There are reasons numerous people have turned down a command staff position offered by her.

1. They quickly deducted she’s a weak insecure leader who lacks the ability to actually pull this off. Obviously they’ve been correct thus far in their educated guess.

2. They were not part of the BH mafia nor do they want to be to get caught up in his web of character assasination as he gets off on that and will most definitely do it if you don’t agree with his view. The current new crew have accepted this risk.

3. They understood this is a ship that is slowly sinking and she’s now turned over the helm to Hubbert for survival which only most likely will accelerate her demise.

This is textbook failed leadership.

Why would you be so nieve to think that the people you have surrounded yourself with , will help you. And why would you make all these latest changes without Michel being at your right hand. Why is Michel on your hit list if he doesn't tow the line exactly as you want. You cant believe your bosses have a blind eye to the incompetent decisions you are making. Chief, excellent choice on improving morale. Just keep demoting people and promoting unqualified friends of Hub all of which talk garbage about you behind your back. Very disisappointing. More was expected of you and you let us all down.
