No surprise here. He arrived and assessed the PD, then with little to no input started screwing things up. He’s ignored the real problem employees and makes changes that effect all of us because he can’t deal with the Wokcomp queen and her BS. Hail vulkan!

The Vulkan is done in one month He chose to be on the same side with the strip club lawyer. One month we can get Noriega back to fix everything the Vulkan broke. The lawyer should be terminated the day after the election the awakening is coming

In a month? Sooner the better. Looks like extra BS paperwork, 12 your shifts and loves to screw up your vacations. Poor guy failed before he got started. Too bad, he had potential to be fair and deal with real problems. Amy is a huge issue with her fake WC stuff. Oh well. He must be pushed out soon.

Too bad the V turned into a tyrant, he appears to care more about what a Mayor with 3 weeks left in office thinks over what his guys at the PD. need from him. These dicisions to make the Officers uncomfortable and make less $$ will be his downfall at North Bay Village. Again, too bad.

We did it to ourselves people. Writing tickets to go to court for OT just to get there claim I don’t remember and walk out. Call in sick at the last minute to create double time for the guy who’s stuck from the last shift,(but we love the OT). Comping out a day ahead of a vacation or the multiple workers comp. claims time and time again creating OT. We have Officers making over 100,000 a year here doing what in our little city. We better get together before they take our take home cars away.

Acting city manager with no experience, no public greet in Degree in public management, no prior experience whatsoever with anything that has to do with city management. The guy is a lifelong Cop and he’s showing everyone how you make cops miserable. LV should leave before the Officers drop the Vote of no confidence in November 2018 we all thought he was better.
