    Very true! That 2% added to the longevity would be pennies to bso.

    I honestly do not understand bso's logic about holding up contract negotiations because of this small amount of money.

    Nobody is holding up anything. IUPA filed an impasse notice. It goes to a mediator, then to the County Commission fir a decision. The end. That's how it works.
