I see you belong to the family and friends in the department. Your facebook account friends list clearly shows that. The City is that desperate they can't find applicants who doesn't know anyone who belongs to the F&F plan? That's sad.

You are nothing, Until you have proven yourself in the street, you are less than human. Please use some other method to determine who is in the "background" or "medical" stage.
