Lighthouse Point just signed a 3 year deal at 3, 3, and 3. We are falling even further behind. I thought BSO was the biggest and the best. Why are deputies getting a 2 year deal at 2 and 2 and paying for insurance?!!!

You need to stop crying about raises and worry about the increase in Health Insurance. Doesn't matter what raise you get if they raise our insurance it's going to eat up what ever little bit of raise we get. IUPA needs to focus on no increases in what we pay for benefits. You young pukes better get that in your head. You will never get back a benefit you have given up NEVER......
