Yup!! He would be sitting at the desk, pending outcome of the case. As usual, many part timers get ROD for less severe actions but he gets special treatment and gets the desk pending outcome. I wonder if Challan Diaz got the desk pending outcome too? Moral in this dept would never be high because of actions like this one. This is not the first time Delmonte faces harassing complains, ask kaylee the new dispatcher, she also had things to say about him a few months back.
