This is a good one. I personally think the annexation should've never happened. The city was better when it was a small police department. Less drama. This department is a joke now. Thank God I left!

Fire OCHOA, though that is unlikely, but perhaps force him to retire! Back? Each person must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The question is why should that person return and how is he or she going to help improve police services under the new management's vision. Not Diaz' of course, they guy is NUTS!
