A program that has been proven to be ineffective in reducing violent crime, cmon man we all know the problem with violence in Dunbar is due to teenagers that have been raised in a culture that condones lying, cheating , fighting and living off the welfare state.instead of blaming the cops , community leaders should perhaps look at their community and how their youth have been ignored.
