Chief just in case you are not aware, every time a detective makes a 39 he or she requests a unit for transport. I understand back in the days we had no wagon fine no problem. Why can't they ride the elevator and drop off the 39 with the wagon? They are always pulling a unit front patrol, this practice in nonsense. Now with the bids you decided to reduce patrol manpower and every time a unit response for transport you are leaving patrol with one less officer out there for not doing anything about it. Everything gets dump on patrol.
