Guys us the brass have nothing else to do... Were tired of watching tv in our offices so were walking around looking for things to write people up... This week bicycles... Anyone who leaves their bicycles on the ground will be written up... This is your last warning...

I can't pick it up for you cause I'm a lazy cop / lt ... So next time I catch it I will tell the fat man upstairs to fire you....
