    Money Talks

Do you think the tribe treats employees or nontribal *members different than they do their own?

    Consider this:

One Indian* gets 10K a month free from the Tribe.... They don't even have to work.

You have to work and contribute 6% of your salary to get 4% of your salary free from the tribe to be put in a 401K

So let's say you make 50 grand a year... The tribe give you 2K for free a year.*

The tribe gives an Indian 120K for free a year...

    See the difference?

Now if you ever wondered why these savages think they are above the law....

One*Indian gets the same amount of free money from the Tribe that 60 Police officers get...

    Re: Money Talks

Both cops and Indians get free money from the Tribe.

But what about this, cops have to work for their money. Indians don't.

And on top of that, a cop's employer paid 401K contribution is dependent on how much they (the employee cop) puts into the 401k. So if you put in 6%, the tribe gives you 4%.

If you put in nothing, the tribe gives you nothing.

What about all the Indians that put nothing into the tribe? *They should receive no monetary benefit from the Tribe.

The Chief of Police tells us that 50% of *the tribal members have substance abuse problems. It's so bad that they just purchased an entire floor at Fort Lauderdale Hospital and our police chief tells us to bring the Indians to rehab instead of taking them to jail.

So why don't these Indians be penalized. Why doesn't the Tribe or the Police Department hold these Indians "Accountable" *

Our Police Chief is big on Police Officer Accountability but weak on Community Accountability.

We work in a community where there is no consequence for crime.*

Our Police Chief would rather have our detectives pull trash at a Tribal member's house in Miramar than enforce drug trafficking on the reservation. Why because when evidence of drug paraphernalia is found in the trash, the Chief of Police will call Family Services and have them petition a *family court judge for a court ordered *Marchman Act. Do you really think that our Police Chief has notified the Miramar Police Department that he suspects that a tribal member is dealing drugs in their city?

I say the Miramar Indians are a prime example. They are drug addicts that deal drugs and don't work. They are costing the tribe money and resources through the work of Seminole Police and Family Services. They are adding to a negative stereotype of the tribe and funneling drugs to Indians on the reservation. They are contributing to Indians neglecting their children and their finances. They are responsible for increased cases of domestic violence and overdoses. Because of them and other similarly situated, the Tribe had to purchase the entire floor of a major rehab hospital.*

And after it's all said and done they will never go to jail. Maybe rehab.

So they are not contributing anything to the tribe. I say they deserve nothing, no monthly welfare check from the tribe.

Last year the tribe reduced their employer paid contributions to employees 401K. The maximin you could recieve was *lowered from 5% to 4%. Has the tribe ever lowered tribal members dividends?*

I mean do you think 1% *savings of employee salaries is really keeping the place afloat.

What do you think costs more, 1% of employees salaries or an entire floor of a hospital.

    Chief of Police,
Because of you, our 401K contributions were reduced.*

And because of you the Tribe had to purchase an entire rehab hospital floor.

When you refuse to hold indians criminally accountable for their drug use and drug dealing it costs both your employees and your employer money. You are by all measures an ineffective police chief.

    Your friend,

    ZS
