Try Bal Harbour PD. They are heavy into traffic enforcement and might have many officers leaving soon.

Thanks, guys. I'll be honest...my agency is sinking fast. I only have about 2 years experience. I steer clear of the drama and politics. I just want to come to work, do my job, have a few laughs with the guys/girls on my squad and go home. I like the fact that SPD offers a very unique policing experience, but I also love doing traffic enforcement (read: narcotics/DUI). I haven't heard anything bad about your agency at all, other than it can get boring walking the casinos, etc, but then I have heard it is a hidden gem as far as FL LE goes.

Oh it's a gem alright, I'll say this much there are a buch of great guys who want to go out have some laughs kick some azz and simply do their job. Unfortunately you have a lot of hacks who work here who are afraid
of Indians and that hinders them from doing their job. You will find out who they are before you know it. Stay clear from those bottom feeders. You dont want their toxicisity change you. Then you have the officers who are more into kissing Indian azz than doing what's right, stay clear from those,,, well if there was aword to describe something beneath a bottom feeder, that would be them.
