You don't joke by putting a persons REAL and PERSONAL information live for all to know. A real friend would not have done that. Boys is the correct term because men don't play that way. Its funny to you because its not yours or your love ones information that was blasted. Poor decision and poor taste on the side of the major. Shows a sign of a very immature unprofessional child minded individual. Embarassing when you look at some of the so called leaders of this dept. What a travesty!

I remember when howard gary (former city manager) prank called chief harms at 3am and told him he was fired, those two were friends also.
