Maybe a response from a GPD Trooper will be helpful:
The thread title should read "Where are the troopers?" "Where's the Troopers" means "Where is the Troopers" and is improper grammar.

"Keep the S12 caller on the phone......" for what? until a trooper is in the area to catch up with the S12 vehicle? ROFL!!!!! If we kept all the S12 callers on the phone there would be NO open phone lines for more idiots to call FHP. We document all the S12 calls in the CAD and some dispatchers will BOLO it or call X49, but 99.99% of the time they just fall into a big black hole....PIA. :snicker:
