I just finished submitting the application for a non-cert police officer position. how long is the process? You guys have 10 hour shifts with 3 days off? those are quite nice. it'd be great to get some replies, thanks!

do yourself a huge favor and look into this department, you will see this is not the place for you.......or anyone that wants a career in law enforcement

it is 5 8 hours shifts a week. it would take a few months to fully go through the application process if you pass each stage.

how many positions are open for the P.O. position?

i submitted an application on 6/30 for the non cert position and still have not gotten a response. furthermore, i saw you reopened the position that closes on 9/30...?

You dindt hear nothing because our administration is so disrespectful they don't even bother sending a post card saying thank you for applying but you are off the process. Consider yourself lucky

Has anyone heard from HR? Has anyone been contacted for the next step?
