It was well thought out. You again just didnt get the joke. Maybe you missed the BCC meeting but I was there and witnessed the setup in person. Maybe If you read the whole thread you will get it. Personally I'm dont think Morgan will win it this time. He wont get my vote now or in 2012. I can assure you of that . Now can I get a second on the motion!

You need to Know that Morgan ran right up to Kerrigan who wanted to cut the counties budget and then went on to mention that he felt that the Sheriffs budget needed to have major cuts. Then on his(Kerrigan) TV interveiw he was asked about lay offs his comment Was "SO WHAT". This is another example of who Morgan is keeping company with.
