    The Public knew what?

That the FHP rewards those who write 5+ cits on every traffic stop?
Their Sgt's should be watching what they do. If you look at policy, the most you are supposed to write to one person in a stop is one moving and one non-moving, no more. They should quit rewarding those who load people up.

I thought policy allowed 1 moving and 2 non-moving? I'm sure someone will double check...

What if your spouse returned home with five citations from a deputy or one of our "save the world troopers". The shoe would be on the other foot. Write the best moving, if a lot of moving then 10-15 for reckless and call it a day!

You should ride with a Highway Cop from New York for a day. You get what you deserve. If you drive a piece of junk and drive like a moron and don't have a license and vehicle is not registered the begining count is about 7tickets and we go from there.

Please tell me that FHP does NOT seriously have a policy that governs how many citations a person gets???? It's LEO's choice...1 ticket...100 tickets..
