That is the problem rigth there,THE NEW BREED is SCARED of
doing a control or defending themselves,they have been taugh to take sh#$%^ from offenders and to be politically correct,of course the bad guy dont give a sh%% about being correct all they worry about is not being taken into custody no matter what!!! It is up to you to turn that PATTERN AROUND and take the street back..

What? Isnt a Command Post the place where Command staff usually go. The problem was everyone other than staff who couldnt resist hanging out at the CP. Commander JJ Fernandez, Cannon, Diagostino and LLorda and Buhrmaster did a good job of getting things organized. When it was getting chaotic and no one was listening to the dispathcher Cannon got things calmed down and the perimeter set up. The incident went fairly smooth after the first few minutes. The officer was lucky and from what I have heard from those who know the entire story it was not a question of tactics, having a .223 or sloppy police work. Just a case of thugs looking to kill each other not caring who is in the way.
