We are fine on the road. Is that your answer for everything. There are plenty of cops on the road. That was a freaking domestic. That has nothing to do with how many officers on the road. They just about disbanded the freaking School resource unit. We have about 10 more deputies coming to the road. Im glad the Hillsborough guys are ok

Deputies shot story
Isn't it amazing how the rag in this town, the SH-T, owned by the New York Times hasn't printed an article about this story in Hillsborough County. Here are 2 deputies doing their job and they get seriously injured by gunfire trying to apprehend a dirtbag and the SH-T hasn't printed anything. Is it because the P.O.S. mullet wrapper can't put their usual anti-law enforcement spin in the article? Is it because they know that our salary is so low for the job we do? I thought the slogan for The New York Times was "ALL THE NEWS THAT FIT TO PRINT". Hmmmmm.

I hate them too, but they did post it on their website.

Web
Yes you are correct, the SH-T did put the story on their website. That being said, the people in this town are quite varied in age, education, financial situation and understanding of technology. My 75 year old neighbor calls a computer a "Confuser" and has no desire to learn. He subscribes to the newspaper. There are many other seniors that go to the libraries on a daily basis to read the newspaper after their morninig walk. Those are the people that we need to have on our side when we ask for things. The SH-T has no problem printing articles about the 50 personnel it takes to save a slab but they take their sweet a$$ time to print LEO stories unless they can make us out to be the bad guy. That's why the FD can get everything they want.
