    As we look forward to the future, with an obvious fresh start. I ask what is the most imprtant change that you would like to see happen, come June 1, 2008.

    Less negative talk and more positive ideas from each and every person in the department. It's up to everyone to inspire positive change, no matter who is in charge.

    I agree. It's now or never to get this place back on top. I think our Sergeants and Admin need to step up.

    I see some good stuff happening with the hope that Arenal is taking over. The communications throughout the dept has improved dramatically

    Jim and Craig,

    This department is on the right track. You two need to push the other Sergeants to stay positive and lead!

    Be the leaders you both are when we need you the most!!!!

    P.S. Craig, GREAT JOB on reviving Do the Right Thing. LONG OVERDUE!!!!
