I would imagine now that if a female is charged with a crime and sees the wisdom of this "victim's" strategy, or even is just mad at any deputy, we will be seeing more complaints to get deputies in trouble.

And IA will do their job and you will be cleared. Just be truthful during the investigation.

That's possible.

BUT, absent a DNA trail, videotape, eyewitnesses or other very convincing evidence it is a mere "he said....she said" situation.

Contrary to what many may think, IA is NOT out to crucify deputies. There would be a thorough investigation and in all likelihood the deputy would be cleared.

Strange concept, but true - IA deputies can be your friends (if you are innocent.)
