a little odd but those were the days.......being able to have some stupid fun and even laugh a little. Seeing a drawing hung up poking some some after a little mishap like crashing your car. A Borges rtendition of anything was funny. And lest we for get the Chicken Hawk video....even a couple of staff knew how toblow off some steam.

SPPD History Lesson 127B ........ Management got mad that everyone was reading Dave's memos he sent their way.
They couldn't shut Cuz up
so they decided that no one would have access, to any other one's memos.
Yes there was a time you could access PI and read any memo submitted.
That was back at a time when you knew what was happening around the Department and feel it's pulse. Daily.
When EVERYTHING had it's leak......one way or another.
Where smoke meant, there was a fire.

Times have changed.
So has the City's tactics.
IE: the 2007 Seven Memo (where is it ?)
No Memo ~ No Public information fiasco
Things couold look bad ~ in: "It's a GREAT DAY in St PETE !"

Management has shut off the blood flow.
And doesn't see the damage they have done....
The Department is having a heart attack !!!
