    SPD officers cleared of using too much force on man
    SARASOTA -- Two police officers accused of using excessive force when they tackled an unarmed man, punched him in the head and shocked him with a stun gun have been cleared of wrongdoing by an internal affairs investigation.

    Several witnesses to the scuffle were outraged and said the suspect, Chynquy Calixte, never fought back or resisted arrest.

    It should of never went to IA

    Hello, and why did it go to IA, The street Sgt should of told the people sorry the officers did the job. END OF STORY, so sorry now next time comply with their lawful orders
