Any normal person would understand that the worst thing a “union” can do is nothing. Members pay for a service and expect that service to be delivered in the strongest possible way.
Members don’t care about stupid repetitive finger pointing pictures. They care about action, Results.
But, that’s normal thinking. PBA leadership has a very different philosophy. They have adopted a see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. In short, if we wait long enough the problem, no matter what it is, will go away naturally. That’s why they don’t return calls, keep their voice mail full so you can’t even leave a message.
In the event that their do nothing approach starts to bite them a bit, the revert to blaming everyone ( except themselves) with a shotgun approach.
And, whenever possible skitter in and take credit for things is their mantra.
Thus, the PBA stands for Pu$$ies Before Action.
