Two simple questions for the experts in this field:

1) As Florida State Traffic Crash Reports are confidential for 60 days (excluding the insurance, participants, lawyers and others cited), IS THE CAD OR AGENCY RESPONDING COMPUTER REPORTS SHOWING THE DLS AND THE REGS OF THOSE INVOLVED ALSO EXEMPT FROM PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST (FSS 119)?

2) If an active FHP investigation has determined that a possible DUI subject was transported via a private transport (individual) to a local hospital and FHP has confirmed they have the identity of this subject, is there anyway for FHP, the State or any other to seal or supress this information (the actual identity) from becoming public record, once the case is complete and all documentation is subject to FSS 119? Does anyone have any legal case law where this was done?

Thanks for all you do.
