Apartment help

Can anyone provide any info on any apartment / town home rentals where a 1 yr lease isnt required...and also in a good area... Any info would be greatly appreciated....thanks.

My wife lived in "Echelon at the Reserve" for about 6 mo. before buying our house. Nice apartments, well-built, and the staff & amenities were top-notch. It's right between Ulmerton Rd & Roosevelt Blvd off of I275, so getting in to work took about 10 min. when I was working D1. They had a short term lease (think it was 6-7 mo.), and you could go month-to-month after that. They also give LEO's a discount.

I believe there are several apartments on Davis Islands which are owned by Davis Islands Apartments and they have less than 1 year rentals. Also Post Hyde Park on Swann is nice and may be able to help you.
