    Wasted Tax Payer Money, or Not?

    Is it true the Cherokee County helicopter has been down for three months with blown engine? Where is it and why do we tax payers pay for hanger space and a helicopter we really do not need? Can some intelligent deputy explain to us tax payers the reason in more than one sentence?
