    I've been told that 97% of the USSS agents in the entire country are in DC for the inauguration.

    Soon the protective details will be restaffed with some PPD agents going with Bush to Texas whether they want to or not; some who have been traveling TDY with Obama will be transferred to DC whether they want to or not; and lots of others will be transferred who knows where with no particular rhyme or reason whether they want to or not.
