    Unles you have a really great contract which specifically states you get to keep your job, the agency you work for has no obligation to keep you on the payroll..

    If you work for a large department they shouldn't have a problem finding a place for you to work in a non sworn position.....

    Get an attorney ASAP
    Preferably worker's comp attorney

    Jesus / this is history / dumb ass / figure it out / if you cant do your job / that is what a disability pension is for / do you really want to work as a dispatcher ???
