    Crime is up and arrests are down. Anyone surprised?? Those stupid yellow stat cards don't mean a damn thing. Does the brass really think (thats an oxymoron) that they will improve things???! Try supporting the cops! Get rid of this current police commission! Stop trying to come up with "early warning systems" that only encourage apathy! It is pathetic how out of touch the command staff is with reality.
