shifts

How does everyone's dept work the dispatchers shifts? 8 hours, 10 hours 12 hours etc.....

8 HR SHIFTS HERE.....AND I SUCKS

12 hour shifts, work 2(M,Tu), off 2(W,TH), work 3(F,S,Su), off 2(M,Tu), work 2(W,Th), off 3(F,S,Su), with a mandatory 45 minute lunch every day so they don't have to pay us OT. But sometimes we won't take a lunch so the mandatory oncall person doesnt need to come in, so they pay us for it anyways. I would never want to go back to working 5, 8 hours shifts, no way.
