    head hunter

    o please i need tio find a better job this place is for the rats. i am so sick and tired of my joke of a pay check and i hate being a wantabee working at this fisher price job.

    Local LEO agencies are usually hiring and you make a lot more after some years. They will hire a PO in a minute usually. Good Luck.

    thats all in well but getting hired by a leo agency and getting thru fto and keeping the job are to different things just ask about 3 people in my area.

    I bet ex PO's rates of staying a cop are higher than the other new hires. You will always have turnover in LEO jobs due to the stress.
