    Motive?

    So what's up with the gesture of good will granted by the director? Is this just a last minute attempt to derail the union vote? Why now? What do y'all think? :?:

    I don't know myself underpaid. I just know anything helps with our wages. I had heard that as a Sheriff the Director had some negative encounters with PBA and there is no love loss there.

    You must have less than 4 years on with the department. That means you didn't get a compression pay-raise. If you got one you'd know it.
