Port diector resigns...more city sexual harassment

Port of Pensacola Looking for New Director

The third port of Pensacola director in just over a year has resigned.
Mike Poole is acting as interim director after the resignation of Leon Walker amidst allegations of sexual harassment.
Now Poole says he's headed for a new job at the port of Jacksonville.
He was heavily favored to be appointed as permanent director.
He is the third person to resign from that post since February of last year.

Who believes Richbourg was a total bad guy when he resigned in that sexual harassment claim? i'm not saying he was totally innocent but neither was 'she'.

    richbourg

Richbourg was hammered because the other complainant turned on him, when it was to her advantage. Were the allegations correct with the second person, probably, but if the first "victim", hadn't enjoyed his favor so much the second probably wouldn't have happened. When have you ever seen a cadet get employee of the month, for the CITY. She wasn't complaining too much when he was taking her shopping, taking her to lunch, putting her in for employee of the month. But when the ship is about to go down, she jumps in the lifeboat and claims sexual harassment. Sweetheart, it's only sexual harassment if you don't enjoy it......

No doubt that the post about the victim in the Richbourg sexual harassment case came from a man! She may have gone shopping and to lunch with him ( I don't know that to be a fact though) but when she told him to quit, he should have quit. It is so wrong to make the victim out to be the bad guy. I bet yoiu blame rape victims for what happens to them also. You are an idiot. I'm glad that you post anonymously because your credibility would be shot all to hell with those statements.

    OK

Just to specify which "victim" we are talking about, there were two people that claimed sexual harrassment. I was speaking of the first "victim". When exactly did she tell him to stop? Can you answer that one. Didn't think so. As I said before, the second victim had a valid complaint, as she told him numerous times to stop. However, the first only did it when confronted by the admin. I assure you that I don't blame women when they are raped, however this is a completely different scenario. When you benefit from preferential treatment and don't complain about it, and then change your story when it is convenient for you to be the victim, damn right it's your fault.

By the way, when you come out blazing with only half the story, it's your credibility that is shot all to hell. So, you my friend, must be the idiot.

From the observations I saw of the first incident. She enjoyed it and even shared letters back and forth with each other. Sexual harassment...no. A bit of embarassment for a young woman to be messing around with viagra man...yes. Besides, shes slept with half her coworkers anyway.

    Ouch

Apparently someone else who knows what they are talking about. So back to my original statement. It isn't sexual harrassment if you enjoy it....
