    I really do not know what I will do when faced with this public safety situation. I seriously may just let the idiot run away and then case note it.

    Maybe, if we could just stop all the well planned double talk that pours from emails and memos that are sent from those high up in the food chain.

    Come on, give us more juicy details. What happened? Was the offender a violent offender, what was the violation, etc. Or do you think we should restrain all offender's and are trained well enough to do that.
