    What has happened to LPD
Take a look at the top four positions at the Department and you will immediately see what has happened to LPD. A COP who can't or won't make decisions, is in bed with the SAO and three assistant chiefs who would be better suited in a three stooges movie.

No Leadership, political correctness, and the desire to further personal agendas and positions of power over what is best for the agency and the citizens is what has happened to LPD.
