Chief if you think we have a Crisis now Ref. Units calling out SICK, we got NEWS for you. Now that you have decided to reduce Patrol Man Power and we will be Call to call to call with very minimum Down time. We will quickly re adjust to a 3 day working week. Chief you can not CACA on Patrol we are the backbone of MPD,this basically shows you and your Staff don’t care no Wonder why so many of us are in the Heart Bill. For many years all we hear is How long before you clear I am holding this and that.


Chief don’t bite the hand that feeds you, again we in Patrol will re adjust. Officers are over worked/Fatigue is an Officer Safety issue. 3 day working schedule , and no show on the hot holidays Such as Memorial Day and 4th of July. Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Eve We be out.


Chief you don’t take care of Patrol cause you don’t care, well we won’t take care of you. You lead we follow.
