Kaz is an egomaniac who is jealous, incompetent, and insecure and that makes for a toxic person.
Those who know him well know that he was a mediocre cop at best. He’s not a bright individual- just lucky because our sheriff is awesome. But look at places where the sheriff isn’t and you see members quitting specifically because of Kaz.
There’s a thing called karma. He’s experiencing karma because of how he treats others and how he has been weak dealing with issues.
