    Morale

    I am thinking about applying for a law enforcement job with Miami PD. Can someone answer a few questions?

    1. How is the morale amongst the troops?
    2. Is advancement based on what you know or who you know?
    3. Is there any nepotism in the department?
    3. How is the current contract?

    Morale is Qru you get pay,Vacation,Holiday Pay and 33 years later 2 divorces and half a pension living in a trailer in Wyoming. You be just fine just ask Richard Perez to show you the Ropes.
