It's been like this for years. You need to understand "no crime happens in Miami FSS" A while back, SNU and taskforce had FSS off and every time they did their stings, it was on day's off. Every so often, a staff member got a burr up their azz and would have a warrant day. All set up on units' day's off, that work it. All patrol was good for was transport.
