    Not in the deep Grove or the south Grove? Nothing will happen. They want that to happen. Drives the house prices down.

    So the "bad guy" rounds a corner, causing you to momentarily lose sight of him; for your safety, the sound tactical move is to perform a Quick-Peek Technique, should get a glimpse of the fleeing offender, continue. Make sure to record your actions by speaking to your activated body camera. If you lost sight of the offender, let it go; record that as well. There will be another day.
