A good buddy of mine & a criminal attorney here in broward brought up an interesting point. What happens to every case Tony was the arresting officer on if it turns out he was never qualified to be a LEO in Florida!?

It’s a legal nightmare that has to be untangle. He won’t be qualified to be sheriff either. How about all the decisions he made promotions swearing in firing employees. Governor’s in the state of Florida won’t remove elected official until an indictment or arrest occurred or in the process of coming down by grand jury within a few days.
