Freddy works got Patterson and Mayor Cava. Even if he you only see the Director on television, have you noticed the black coon who seems to continue being in the spotlight right behind Freddy.

Let me guess, you don't see JD Patterson continuously trying to be on television and relevant? The cards and all of its useless effects will have no financial support, without the Chief Public Safety Officer's Authority and Approval.

It doesn't matter what you feel. Facts still remain that JD Patterson is in charge of the MDPD. He is the Chief Public Safety Officer period. In no way are we defending the lack of any leaders mobile visibility to their staff. As stated earlier, even if he met with his useless command staff every week, he still would not be in charge.

Every issue you see occurring in the Department is a direct result of JD Patterson's leadership. People are not promoted on skills, education, or merit. They are promoted based on friends and family benefits. If the Director is failing, then blame the person in charge of him.

He cannot do what they will not allow him to do. Therefore, he will continue to collect his 13000 a month, and retire at his highest five.

However, JD Patterson has all the power and authority over public safety. Again meet with PATTERSON and vent in that direction.
