I heard that she sent her sergeants and lieutenants a 9 paragraph email with directives and ordering them to walk the parking garages of all the buildings in Edgewater. She should have never been promoted. Ruggiero or Bori or even a Sergeant would've made a better Commander. Or just do away with Edgewater and expand the minimum staffing for Wynwood
