Don’t blame you for wanting to leave the Feds…when our mandate came out everyone was in a big uproar but things have since settled down. If you’re not vaccinated but have antibodies you are treated as a vaxxed employee, just have to wear a special band on your wrist in city building and show proof of antibodies every 6 months. If you’re not vaxxed and have no antibodies they require you to wear a mask in all city buildings, but I haven’t seen anyone doing that lately. It seems like things are settling down.

There’s plenty of off duty jobs to pickup. I average about $25,000.00 extra a year and that is pretty average.

We have plenty of openings and need bodies on the street so come on down!

You can't please everyone, but you don't see people fleeing out Tampa PD for another agency. We get paid very well, probably among the top five in yen entire state. Our last chief who would fly off the handle at any given time retired. Most likely we will have the current interim Chief Delgado be the next top cop. Overall he's well rounded and a level headed person. Sure, any city chief will have to ultimately do what the mayors says, but it's not as bad as people will try and make it. Again, no one is jumping ship to leave to other agencies unless they are about to retire. It's easy to get caught up in the BS, that's any department. Put that crap aside, and do your job, and it will be smooth sailing.
