Does FHP get annual raises? Also what is the top pay for a trooper?

No annual pay raises. And your top pay as a trooper is the starting salary.

The reason there has never been a pay scale on be a trooper dot com is because there is none. It was as defunded in the early 90s.

Every once in a while they throw a 3 percent raise. Most of us have been around since it was a 7 year dry spell with no raises. No raise this year or the next I foresee.

If you want to stay in Florida, do 2 years with FHP and then bounce to county or
City.

If you want to leave Florida, go find some other state patrol agencies that pay way more and actual have pay raises and 20-year retirements. Good luck!
