    Nicotine!

Hey, did everyone drop what they were doing and find tons of vape shops operating without a permit?! Not the worst idea. Just curious why we couldn’t do that in conjunction with our normal stuff.

Yeah I’ve been waiting for them to complain we didn’t find enough unknown unlicensed places on short notice and a quick deadline. I mean, really, you have to at least start the op the next day after you announce it. It takes a long time for six folks to forward an email to us peasants at the bottom.

As usual, the task wasn’t an issue… but the manner in which it was rolled out was sloppy and rushed.

It’s been two weeks and they still haven’t decided how we should close out the cases. Love it !

We had a meeting then a conference call. A survey went out and we ran the possibilities past IT. After much deliberation we decided to close with 220 and move on. So far no QAR. I realize closing a complaint with 220 is controversial but that’s how we roll.

You really don’t understand the QAR do you? The thousands of data errors the lack of corrective action and the inattentive attitudes gave rise to a better process. That gave us QAR, not Melissa. When the agency head is asked to provide data and that data is fundamentally flawed because there were no quality checks to insure validity a QAR is needed. Everyone benefits from an accurate and verifiable work product.
If you didn’t know anything about QAR now you do.
If you are one to kick and scream because you are now accountable for your work product then you are the weakest link. Good Bye.

How’s this for flawed data. Two suck up LTs sold their sole to the devil and skipped captain to major. Then we have a lazy agent who is now a captain yet supervises no one. Then we have two captains who have the worse districts in the state yet we are doing a QAR on a poor IS2 because of a 5 minute difference in travel time from Mapquest to what they wrote on their daily. But if you want to justify all that with “data” go right ahead
