No, if the problems only occur at one district, you address the issues there. They give you "I" time to use when your sick, not to take and watch a football game. People abuse the system and make it worst for the others. I've never cared if officers call off, it's usually those in the F&F wanting special treatment. It's your time use it, but within reason. A time will come that someone in staff or city hall will get a case of the azz and you would be made a example of. It isn't worth it. Now, to address the sh!t in the room. It's only fair if your going to be going after officer for abuse of time. Then you MUST hold staff to the same standards. Taking time off and not having vacation or "EO" deducted.

Southend has always had the best days off but it’s time to have overlaps on fridays and saturdays in the south.

You can only blame yourselves you guys don’t check your partners when they are causing drafts for their fellow brothers and sisters.

It’s obvious that whoever started this post doesn’t know what he or she is talking about. The problem here are the rookies calling out on the weekends, every Friday,Saturday and Sunday’s entire B-shift crews are being drafted to work midnights in flagami, little Havana and the other net areas cause the rookies that are supposed to be working are not showing up. Now if they switch the days off, the south end is going to be a ghost town for sure.
