That is exactly the problem. We went through a period of years where none of the people promoted to deserve the promotions. This all started with JP.

Promoting either one of those two AD’s would not change anything. They are just part of the vacuum of promotions that should have never occurred.

They’re just Lieutenants who were pushed forward. Neither one is worth the ink used to write their titles.

The only thing is most of the current command staff members will either retire or be retired. None of them will ever pay for the damage they have done and the evil they have spewed on to this Department, the County Community, or its employees careers they have all ruined or help sabotage.

We need a right now fix for these wicked two faced and spineless souls. Just looking at them fake their position is depressing.
