Nobody is leading it. Literally no one. This is part of the problem.
SOMEONE, ANYONE........step up and actually try to lead this place!!!!
We have a ghostly Director who is terrified of his own opinions.
We have a Mayor who doesn’t recognize the incompetence of this Director and the damage he is doing, seemingly because she feels sorry for him.
We have very few command personnel left who might be able to do something but are being snubbed by this Director and his keepers.
Will someone please get involved???
